Our Return Policy
Items may be returned within 10 days of receiving the package for store credit. After the 10 days, we cannot refund your item. All sales are final on clearance items, jewelry and hats.
Returned items must be not worn, not damaged, unwashed and with original tags. Also, items that have been damaged when washing are not our responsibility and will not be refunded or exchanged. Items must be free of deodorant, perfume and pet hair. The items returned must be in original condition. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if you are unable meet this criteria.
We offer a 3 month warranty. If your piece breaks, please return it with all the beads/materials you have found. If we cannot replace this exact piece. We will consult you about using different beads/materials or we will offer you a new piece.
Do I have to pay for shipping to return the item(s)?
Tracking for returns:
When shipping your return, we suggest getting a tracking number. As we have no control over when the package will arrive. We are also not responsible if the package would get lost during shipping.
