Our Return Policy
Due to covid, I can NOT offer returns or exchanges on purchases.
We offer a 3 month warranty. If your piece breaks, please return it with all the beads/materials you have found. If we cannot replace this exact piece. We will consult you about using different beads/materials or we will offer you a new piece.
Do I have to pay for shipping to return the item(s)?
Tracking for returns:
When shipping your return, we suggest getting a tracking number. As we have no control over when the package will arrive. We are also not responsible if the package would get lost during shipping.

Items arriving damaged:
Please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org and provide us with pictures of the damaged item.
