MINIMUM ORDER: Opening Order minimum is 12 pieces.
PAYMENT: Square point of sale and company check by approval. First orders must be pre-paid via cc or check. All subsequent orders will be billed at the time of ship, a credit card is required at the time the order is placed. You may place your wholesale order by email at firstname.lastname@example.org
CREDIT TERMS FOR CURRENT CLIENTS: Buyers that have placed and received four or more orders may apply for net 30 terms. Net 30 accounts must be backed with a credit card guarantee of payment. The amount due will be charged to your credit card if payment is not received in a timely manner. In the event that the account becomes non-collectible, late fees may be assessed. Accounts past 45 days will be referred to collections. All returned checks will be charged $50 and subsequent orders must be prepaid by a credit card or check.
REORDERS: Minimum amount for reorders is 5 pieces. Reorders will not be released for shipment until payment has been received for any previous orders.
DISPLAY: Earrings are typically hung on earring cards that include our company name and tagline. However, we will inquire before shipping whether you would like to use our packaging or if you would prefer to use yours. Necklaces cards and business cards can be shipped by request.
PRICING: We provide a pricing sheet that list a suggest retail price.
NATURE OF HANDMADE PRODUCTS: All of our products are handmade. Due to the nature of our production method, each product may vary slightly.
EXCLUSIVITY & PROXIMITY: Approval is needed before becoming a Nikkay Fashions Jewelry retailer. This allows us to determine the proximity of your store to other retailers in the area. Proximity and exclusivity will be evaluated case by case and a number of factors will be considered. If you have questions please contact email@example.com
RUSH ORDERS: Rush orders are accepted on a case by case basis.
CHANGES TO ORDERS: Any changes or cancellation to orders must be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone within three days of placing your order. No cancellations to rush orders. Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped.
DELIVERY & SHIPPING: Orders will be completed and shipped within 2-4 weeks from the date the order was placed. Typically, larger orders can take three-four weeks to fill, while smaller orders can take as little as one week. Actual shipping costs will be added to your final invoice. We ship via FEDEX with insurance/delivery confirmation.
Rush shipping on orders is available by special request and will incur additional shipping and handling charges.
BACKORDERS: We strive to ship complete, but on occasion we sometimes run out of our most popular cast designs. If this is the case we will contact you to give you the option to change your order or wait for the item to restock. All backorders will be noted on your invoice and will be shipped out as soon as possible. Nikkay Fashions Jewelry pays for any shipping charges on backorders. We will not cancel backorders unless requested.
DAMAGES/SHORT/LOST GOODS: Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. Contact us at email@example.com within 3 days of receipt of damaged, missing or defective shipments. Please keep all packaging materials so we may collect shipping insurance. Once received, damaged or defective merchandise will be reviewed. Returned merchandise will not be accepted if it is held for more than 15 days after receipt. A return authorization number (RA#) will be required for any return.
RETURNS / EXCHANGES: If you are not completely satisfied with the jewelry in your order for any reason, please contact us within three business days of receiving your order by phone or to firstname.lastname@example.org. You will be able to exchange for items of equal value, or pay the difference of upgrading to something of a higher value. You will need a return authorization number (RA#). All custom orders are not returnable.
Returned items must be new, unworn, and undamaged to be eligible for exchange. We reserve the right to refuse items that are returned without prior notice, in a condition unacceptable for resale or without an RA #. All shipping, tracking and insurance charges for returns and exchanges are the retailer’s responsibility and cannot be refunded.
Please pack jewelry in a well-padded envelope or package and ship via UPS, USPS or Fedex. Shipping insurance is not required but it is recommended.
We are not responsible for loss or damages incurred from shipping of returned products. Claims must be completed by appropriate parties.
REPAIRS: We will gladly repair or replace any piece that breaks while on display at your store within 90 days of shipment. We guarantee our jewelry to your customers as well. We stand behind our products, and will repair/replace any problem within one year of purchase.
Customer repairs requested more than one year from the date of purchase will be charged for actual materials and labor. Charging the customer is at your discretion. Drop shipping can be set up with prior authorization and payment.
You may also refer the customer directly to us for repairs. Keep in mind we also offer earring replacements, if your customer loses one earring and inquiries about finding a match for it.
